Designing a product that felt intuitive and polished while working within Salesforce's technical constraints. The goal was to balance usability, consistency, and implementation efficiency without relying on excessive customization.

I led the product design from concept to implementation, defining the UX strategy, visual language, and reusable component library. I also partnered closely with engineers throughout development to ensure the final product matched the design vision.
